Caveman BBQ Barrel

Gerry from Caveman BBQ commissioned us to make a Joey Dunlop tribute barrel. We needed to call in the best of the best for the pinstripping and embroidery. So we went to Haitch Custom paint and Edwards Embroidery, as we know they are hard to beat for quality and style. See below for the results . . . Bogarts hair salon

He gave us three chairs like this, which I think we can all agree have seen better days!   We transformed them into this . . . We even managed to get the original manufacturers badges put back as they had been missing for ages. These are back in the shop now, so the business has had as little down time as possible. We’re working on the bench seating at the work shop and will install after Bogarts shut later in the week. The marking out on the back is for the deep buttoning or tufting if you’re American 😉

On site at The Northwood Club

Well what can i say! We did it, against all the odds:- Those great guys at the Northwood Club Ramsgate asked us to start phase one of their refit by stripping and reupholstering the bar front. They asked if we could do it while the club was shut, so we started at 10.30 at night and finished the following morning at 11.30 with half hour to spare before the club opened at 12 noon!   We Stripped and replaced all the foam and boards using 5lb high density foam and then upholstered the bar in Warwick chesterfield red vinyl. The second phase will be the bench seating, which our frame maker is making as you read this. More pics to follow . . .
